We are in the heart of Versilia, the Tuscan seaside area, immersed in the natural setting of the foothills around Pietrasanta, a small yet big town full of art galleries and open air exhibitions.  In a moment you can be at the seaside renowned for it’s bathing establishments and public beaches. Surrounded by the marvellous profile of the Apuan Alps, many nearby paths lead up the hills to small tucked away villages.

Mountain walks

Directly from Almora B&B or just a few km away, you can explore our surrounding mountains, the Apuan Alps, which in 2011 became part of UNESCO Geo-parks.

There are many CAI (italian alpine club) hiking trails and shelters found along the mountain paths, that offer a wide variety of choice in length and difficulty, along with many places suitable for rock climbing.

A mountain guide can be available to accompany you on your walks.
